    • The volume adjustment on my Jabra SPEAK 410 will not change and in Windows the volume adjustment slider is locked.

      ​This occurrence has been observed on some laptops due to their integration with sound cards. To remedy this issue, make sure you download firmware version 1.0.0 or higher for the Jabra SPEAK 410.
