Make your UC or softphone talk Jabra
The Jabra PC Suite drivers enable remote call control with Jabra wireless headsets and the latest generation of UC and IP softphones. This means that users can answer and end calls up to 300 ft. away from their desks. The seamless integration of headset and softphone allows users to benefit from enhanced mobility and the ability to multitask while on a call. The wireless freedom improves work efficiency and ergonomics throughout the day.
The Jabra PC Suite is a plug-and-play software solution that can interface with a range of UC and softphone standards via the embedded drivers.

Jabra PC Suite supports the following Windows versions:

  • Windows 7 (32 & 64 Bit)
  • Windows Vista (32 & 64 Bit)
  • Windows XP SP2 (32 & 64 Bit)

Softphones compatibility
The Jabra PC Suite includes interfaces and drivers for a range of PC UC and softphones, including:

  • Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2
  • Cisco IP Communicator version 2.0.1.1 or above
  • SKYPE Version 3.2.or above
  • IBM Lotus Sametime, version 8.0.1 or above (not version 8.0.2)
  • Avaya one-X Communicator - Version 5.2 or higher on Windows XP/Vista/7 in 32/64-bit
  • Avaya one-X Agent – Version 2.0 or higher (Requires One-X Communicator to be installed) on Windows XP/Vista/7 in 32/64-bit
  • Avaya IP Agent – Version R6 or higher on Windows XP
  • Avaya IP Softphone - Version R6 or higher on Windows XP

Jabra PC Suite includes a Control Center that allows you to manage and configure your Jabra headset from your PC.

Stay updated at all time
The Jabra PC Suite allows you to update your Jabra solution with the latest firmware. A firmware update will typically include new or improved functionality and error fixes. A firmware update is recommended if you experience problems with your Jabra device.

In large networks, software distribution and updates are often tedious and tie up a lot of administration resources. Installing software on every single system is both time consuming and unproductive.

To meet these challenges/fulfill these needs, we have developed Jabra PC Suite IT Deployment Tool. The tool enables mass roll outs of Jabra PC suite components such as software drivers and upgrades, making sure all your Jabra headsets are always performing optimal.

Jabra PC Suite uses Microsoft Installer Packages (MSI). It requires the following:

  • Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 should be installed on the target PC.

Jabra PC Suite can be deployed on the following Windows operating systems:

  • Windows Vista 32 bit (x86) or 64 bit (x 64)
