If you after updating to Apple iOS 11 are having connectivity issues please follow the below steps.

 

  1. Delete the former pairing on the Apple device.
  2. Turn off Bluetooth on the Apple device.
  3. Power cycle the Apple device.
  4. Reset the Jabra device.
  5. Pair the Jabra device with the Apple device.

 

Deleting the current pairing and re-pairing your Jabra device will solve the connectivity issue in most cases.
