JABRA Q4 2020 CASHBACK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. The Jabra end-user Cashback offer (“The Promotion”) is available to end-customers only, based in the UK and Ireland and on the specific Jabra products outlined in the promotion that will be used within businesses based in the UK and Ireland. The Promotion does not apply to any other countries or where the product will be resold after cashback is claimed. 

2. Promotion period: Cashbacks on Jabra Evolve 65e series headsets, Jabra Evolve 75 series headsets, Jabra Evolve2 85 headsets and Jabra Speak 750 series speakerphones are valid when purchased from 1st  October until 31st December 2020 inclusively. Please see Qualifying Products Table below for products, cashback values, quantities and validity dates.

3. The Promotion is valid on new units purchased and invoiced directly from an authorised Jabra business products reseller located in the UK or Ireland, to UK&I-based organisations only. To find a registered Jabra partner please visit our Partner Locator webpage: http://www.jabra.co.uk/where-to-buy/partner-locator. Cashback will not be paid on units purchased from any unauthorised Jabra resellers, on any units purchased ‘second-hand’ or to individuals. The Promotion is not open to all employees of Jabra, all reseller partners, even when purchasing for their own internal usage, their respective agents, all distribution partners, even when purchasing for their own internal usage or anyone connected with The Promotion. Resellers are not eligible to claim cashbacks on behalf of their end-users and any resellers purchasing Jabra devices for internal usage should speak to their Jabra Account Manager, before purchase. Please note that Amazon are not an authorised Jabra business products reseller and are therefore excluded from this promotion, so any cashbacks claims where Jabra products have been purchased through Amazon, will be rejected.

4. The offer is limited to Cashbacks on Jabra Evolve 65e series headsets, Jabra Evolve 75 series headsets, Jabra Evolve2 85 headsets and Jabra Speak 750 series speakerphones, as stated in the Qualifying Products table below. No other Jabra products are valid for cashback, including all accessories for the Jabra Evolve 65e series headsets, Jabra Evolve 75 series headsets, Jabra Evolve2 85 headsets and Jabra Speak 750 series speakerphones. For each Qualifying Product purchased within the promotional period cashback may be claimed, up to the specified maximum quantities. Please see table below for specific information.  

5. Promotion limit: a maximum of 100 units of Jabra Evolve 65e series headsets, 100 units of Jabra Evolve 75 series headsets,100 units of Jabra Evolve2 85 headsets and 20 units of Jabra Speak 750 series speakerphones can be claimed per company, address or email address during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of the number of qualifying products purchased, unless agreed in writing by Jabra Management UK&I prior to the cashback claim being submitted.

6. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Jabra offer or special price agreement provided to the end-user purchaser via an authorised Jabra reseller.


7. In order to apply for The Promotion purchasers must visit: http://www.jabra.co.uk/offers and provide all of the requested details within the online claim form. Proof of purchase, in the form of an invoice for the qualifying product(s) from an authorised Jabra reseller partner must be dated within the Promotion Period and must be provided before the last claim date of The Promotion, in order for the claim to be validated. The Claim Form on http://www.jabra.co.uk/offers must be completed in full and a list of serial numbers of all products being claimed for, must also be provided, to be checked prior to the claim being approved for payment. 

8. Claims will be responded to via an email from Jabra within twenty (20) working days of submission. Jabra is not responsible for invalid, incorrect or unreachable email addresses that are included on the claim form. If a purchaser does not receive a response from Jabra within 20 working days of submission of a valid, completed claim, the purchaser should email claims@jabra-promotions.com only.

9. All claims must be submitted before the final claim date of 5pm on Friday 15th January, 2021. No claims will be accepted after this date under any circumstances.

10. Any claims for The Promotion with missing, incorrect or invalid information will be declined and all duplicate claims will be automatically rejected. 

11. Jabra is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in The Promotion.

12. Jabra may declare The Promotion void where it is taxed, regulated, prohibited or restricted by applicable law. The decisions of Jabra in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding. 

13. Please allow 60 days from written approval of your claim to receipt of your cashback payment in Pounds Sterling or Euro’s for Irish claimants only. Payment will only be paid in the form of a BACS transfer. Payment will only be made to the company as displayed on the proof of purchase invoice, that the original purchaser of the qualifying product(s) is employed by. No other form of payment for the cashback amount can be made and payments cannot be made to individuals. 

14. For any enquiries relating to The Promotion or questions regarding the status of your claim, please email claims@jabra-promotions.com only.

15. Return of the Qualifying Product(s) to the reseller following submission of the cashback request will cause Jabra to void the request, disqualify the end-user purchaser and stop payment of any cashback to be paid to the purchasers company. Jabra retain the right to void any claim, if after investigation there is found to be a deviance in supply chain from distributor to reseller to end-user or on any other matter deemed not to be in spirit of the offer.

17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
